Your Returns Options
Please note that goods should be returned to us within 14 days in a new unused condition. All goods should be sent by Royal Mail and addressed to: ‘Returns, Unit 4 Sybron Way, Crowborough, East Sussex TN6 3DZ’. Please include a photo copy of the original invoice with a note or letter detailing the nature of the return and any actions you require us to take. Please ask your Post Office for a ‘Proof of Posting Certificate’ or similar document when returning any goods. If goods are faulty or if there is an error by us we will either offer a Returns Service for larger/heavier items or normally refund standard Royal Mail 2nd Class postage (we can obtain this information from the package itself). If you are not sure whether or not you are eligible for a refund of your return postage costs, please contact us. If you placed your order either by phone or our website we will refund the amount directly to the debit or credit card you used for your original purchase. If you have any further questions regarding your refund, please contact us.
To change details of your delivery address, remove items or cancel it completely please contact us with your order number as soon as possible. As we aim to get your order out as quick as possible.
